Customize Your One Dozen Roses - Subscription Plan Subscription

Westbank Florist has a long history of providing high quality roses arrangements, and it is one of the things we are known best for. Whether you are looking for roses to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, or just because, a rose subscription is the perfect gift. Choose once a year if you are looking for an easy way to never miss your anniversary again, or choose a more frequent plan to spread the joy all year long. Our standard roses, include one type of fill flower, to accent the dozen (12) roses. Upgrade to our "Extra Fancy" - Deluxe roses - & we will add an additional type of fill flower, glitter ting, an upgraded bow, and confetti glitter on the roses themselves.

Important Notes

You will be billed 5 days before your scheduled date

If your date falls on a holiday or non-business day, your order may be scheduled for the nearest available date

3. Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan.
2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery.
3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly.
4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges.
5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
