The flowers were lovely, and my wife enjoyed them. The only problems came from ordering a week ahead of time and requesting they be delivered before 1 pm. They had to be delivered at home rather than at work, and were delivered at 830pm. Florist should have known the instructions, and either told me early they couldn't do it, or should have delivered as planned. Fortunately, this was the fourth year I ordered flowers for my wife and the delivery didn't work out. It was a running joke, and I added the note on the card "did this arrive on the right day?" because of that. I will surely try Westbank Florist again, as they went the extra mile to make it work. But they've gotta get onboard with their ordering tool make sure my non-issue doesn't ruin anyone else's plans! Great bouquet, though!

I frequently order flowers and find the arrangement delivered is a smaller, and usually not as pretty, version of the picture online. This arrangement was beautiful and looked exactly like the picture. I was so impressed and the impact on the receiver was priceless.
