All I can say is WOW! The wonderful woman I spoke to on the phone was so sweet and helpful. I had an issue with the timing of the order, I did not think the person would be here to receive the flowers. She got the arrangement made and delivered to me within an hour & a half. They are all so sweet! I will refer family and friends over to Westbank Florist!
